While we generally discuss insurance settlements, I felt it wise to briefly discuss a popular topic right now in the insurance settlement field. With the rise of the iPhone in market share, and the high cost of the device, handset insurance claims have gone through the roof. Many of the plantiffs in the aforementioned cases did not end up getting their phones covered, because they didnt fully understand their coverage. Most had to end up selling broken iPhones and getting a cheaper phone.
